Doug Keesling is the CEO of Terra Solutions and a fifth-generation farmer with more than 30 years of experience in agricultural production, trade policy, and global development. A seasoned leader in U.S. agricultural diplomacy, Keesling has worked across five continents and has traveled to all but 11 countries worldwide to advance agricultural trade and development. He has served on several National and State Ag Boards representing farmers. He has built trusted relationships with African Leaders & ambassadors, and serves as Co-Chair of the U.S. President’s Agricultural Advisory Committee. Keesling is also a board member of CNFA, supporting agricultural development projects in 50 countries, bringing deep expertise in international agriculture, policy, and market systems.

Current CEO of Huffine Global Solutions and former Director, Investments at US International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) focused on debt and equity transactions in emerging market infrastructure, agribusiness, and climate projects. Previously, worked at the US Department of Transportation in the Build America Bureau leading complex logistics and infrastructure transactions. Tim was also a Principal at Factor[e] Ventures where he led equity investments in African start-up companies in the areas of technology, innovation, and natural resources.
